How do I return an item?
Prestige Returns Policy is for goods purchased on this website

As part of the Prestige Asset Finance returns policy a customer who has purchased any retail item is entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery if they find the item is not as described, simply decided the goods are not to their liking or damaged in transit, providing the item is returned in its original condition, along with the receipt, packaging and the security tag is still in place.

Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected. Please ensure you return the goods to us in their original packaging. You can take the goods out of the packaging, but don’t throw it away and please return it with your goods. In all cases the security tag must not be broken or removed.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original card used and original currency. Please note postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case please return the goods to us
